Regional Development Australia Yorke and Mid North (RDAYMN) is leading an expression of interest (EOI) process to identify potential parcels of land which would be suitable for the development of luxury accommodation in the Clare Valley.
Landholders are encouraged to nominate land, or portions thereof, which could be considered for sale or long-term lease.
This project is a collaboration with the Clare and Gilbert Valleys Council and Clare Valley Wine and Grape Association and underpins our joint commitment to grow tourism experiences in the region.
