Changes to Commonwealth Procurement Rules – Submissions Invited

The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman is reviewing how the changes to Commonwealth procurement rules, introduced on 1 July 2022, have impacted small businesses.

Business that have had contracts with the Australian Government, and other interested parties are now invited to make written submissions to the Ombudsman.

A final report with recommendations will be provided to the Australian Government in December 2023.
