Assistant Minister Hon Nola Marino has announced the reappointment of Bill Vandepeer as Chair of RDA Yorke and Mid North Board until 2025. Bill has served as Chair and Deputy Chair since 2009 and will continue to lead the strategic direction of economic development in the region.
Assistant Minister Marino said “Bill has provided strong leadership for RDA Yorke and Mid North during his time as Chair, having successfully steered the committee through the challenges of 2020 and, along with the members and staff, provided great support for the region’s business community and future economic development.”
Bill will lead RDA Yorke and Mid North under a refreshed Charter that focuses their role on driving investment and local procurement opportunities and through this, creating jobs and economic growth for our regions.
“I look forward to working with Bill and the RDA Yorke and Mid North members and staff over the coming years and encourage the community to reach out to their RDA to discuss how it can help business succeed.” said Assistant Minister Marino.
