Council are looking for a motivated person to lead our Parks and Gardens team, located at the Port Broughton depot.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor (Parks and Garden), the key requirements of this supervisory position will focus on the safe delivery of operations and maintenance of the Council parks and gardens, infrastructure, and Community Wastewater Management Scheme (CWMS).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the maintenance of parks and gardens, have good customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work outdoors with minimal supervision.
Relevant qualifications will be highly regarded, with experience in parks and garden maintenance and CWMS, and a strong commitment to Work Health & Safety is essential.
Hours of work shall be based upon (76) hours per fortnight with the spread of hours being from 7am to 5pm covering Tuesday to Friday.
A pre-employment medical and police clearance is a requirement for this role.
