The COVID-19 Support Officer will assist in the provision of an efficient, high quality service to clients by performing a range of clerical duties, providing clinical support and general departmental duties to assist the Clinicians within a multi-disciplinary team under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager and in conjunction with Health Department Leads and Clinicians. In consultation with clinicians the Clinical Support officer is responsible for carrying out a variety of programs and activities related to Health professional practice. In addition, the Clinical Support Officer under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager and in consultation with Departmental Leads and Clinicians will assist in supporting health service operations. In this role you will perform COVID-19 related functions such as concierge screening, COVID-19 testing, administrative tasks, and visitor escorting.
