Allied and Scientific Health

We are seeking motivated and flexible Allied Health professionals to join the Allied Health team providing high quality care services to patients in the Yorke & Northern Region. You will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of health services appropriate to the needs of the local community. This will be achieved by working as a member of a multidisciplinary team, including health professionals and service providers from other sectors, and utilise a combination of preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy and evaluation approaches. Applying Primary Health Care and Community Development Principles to the planning and delivery of services, you will provide allied health services in various settings across the cluster, including individual, group and population health initiatives. You must hold a recognised qualification in either Podiatry, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or Social Work, and be registered with AHPRA and eligible for membership of the relevant professional association. With experience in managing and prioritising a personal caseload, you will be capable of providing straightforward clinical services, including one-on-one, group and health promotion activities. You will be committed to supporting consumers through the Patient Journey, providing effective assessment and triage, timely referrals, accurate information, coordinated care and prompt follow-up.
