Administrative experience in a similar role, candidates without administrative or reception work history will not be considered for this role.

This Includes:

  • Knowledge of administrative processes, functions and systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of confidentiality and privacy awareness
  • Strong interpersonal and customer skills with a professional demeanour
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Highly developed time management and workload prioritisation skills
  • Excellent computing skills including extensive use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to apply tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters

Qualifications:

National Police Check and Department of Human Services Child-Related Employment Screening
