Tourism Experience Development Forum – 5/07/22

The inaugural Tourism Experience Development Forum will be held on Tuesday, 5 July 2022, at the Clare Town Hall, Main Street, Clare.

The forum is being run in conjunction with The Adelaide Business Hub (ASBAS Program) and with the support of the Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council.

Hayden Zammit from Tourism Accelerator will set the scene and be our MC on the day. He, along with Miranda Lang – SATC, Sophie Treasure – Tourism Australia and Dougal McFuzzlebut – Experience SA, RAA, will walk us through ideas and strategies for the industry to use when designing experiences to keep travellers in our region for longer.

These presenters will be joined by a panel of operators who are currently (or have previously) delighting their guests by developing customer-based experiences.

Finally, we would like to give four people | businesses | operators | the opportunity to present their BIG IDEA to our expert panel for their feedback and the chance to win a suite of prizes to support them in bringing their BIG IDEA to fruition. Presentations for the BIG IDEA only need to be about 5 minutes long – so not as daunting as it sounds!!!
