Introduction to Wellbeing and Resilience

Are you looking to develop positive emotions, improve your engagement with others, and grow meaningful relationships?
TAFE SA’s Introduction to Wellbeing and Resilience short course will introduce you to the general principles and practices of wellbeing and resilience. The course will help you to understand and build strategies to accomplish resilience and optimism in yourself and in others.
This course is perfect for those looking to improve their personal or professional wellbeing.
The training occurs over two full days, generally within a four week period:
Day 1 – Introduction to key principles and practices
Learning by doing – Between day 1 and 2, participants are encouraged to put into practice the skills learned during day 1
Day 2 – Report back; wellbeing skills continued; next steps
Duration: 2 days x 7 hours (Wed 8 Aug & Wed 5 Sep 9:00am-4:00pm)
