Facebook Workshop Series: Build & engage your community with the right tools

We are hosting three 90-minute webinars from the 27th August – 1 October 2020 with Yvette Adams from The Creative Collective. In 2019 Yvette became one of only eight official Facebook Community Trainers in Australia and New Zealand and she is excited to share with NFPs how some of Facebook’s more advanced features – Fundraising pages, Groups & Messenger – can be used to enhance their outreach, improve brand engagement and increase your supporter base. Our Facebook Workshop series will equip you with a practical guide and tools you need to:
- Create a successful personal or NFP fundraising page – being aware of the requirements and fine print when you do so!
- Manage and grow your community/Facebook Group including setting the objectives of the group, posting frequency, how to drive conversation, options for posting and more
- Find, evaluate and join relevant Facebook groups to promote your organisation’s services and impact
- Build out the capability of your Facebook Messenger system with automated responses, calendar / booking functions, ecommerce and more
