Some business systems allow you to create these sequences or automations within them (for example Mailchimp), some systems need to first be connected to one another and then can automatically perform a task (for example having your web form deposit into your CRM or email database and then automatically send a confirmation email) whilst other automations are more complex, requiring third party software to connect two or more systems together.
Automation nirvana is connecting and automating as much of your business systems and processes as possible so you can focus on what really matters – running your organisation!
Join us for this webinar and learn about how to conduct an initial business system review and then learn about some of the possibilities of connecting the systems together and automating processes.
By the end of this webinar you will have:
- Become aware of what automations are and how they can improve your businesses productivity and profitability
- Key terminology when it comes to automations that you need to be aware of – add ons, apis, triggers, sequences and more
- An understanding of how to map out your organisation’s current key systems and processes are and where there may be inefficiencies
- Learnt the possibilities and case studies which may be applicable in terms of automations for not for profit organisations
This course is suitable for: Coordinators in Marketing, Administraion and Operations, or Managers wanting to learn more about how to perform an ecosystem review of your processes
Includes: Live access to webinar, participation in live Q&A session at the end of the webinar, access to post webinar recording and slides as well as any additional templates provided by the speaker.
What is not included in the program? Live demonstrations of how to set-up specific automations, this will instead provide examples of the type of automations you might consider with examples of how they work.
