Rural Tertiary Hardship Fund Grants Now Open
Students from rural or regional areas can now apply for a Rural Tertiary Hardship Fund (RTHF) grant to help them attend university. Round 2 of the RTHF is now open for applications and will close 5pm (AEST) Friday 29 July 2011.
Students from rural or regional areas can now apply for a Rural Tertiary Hardship Fund (RTHF) grant to help them attend university.
The grants will assist first-time university students under 25 years of age, who reside in a rural or regional area and would experience financial hardship in undertaking higher education without assistance from the Fund.
Students from areas other than major cities, commencing bachelor degree study in semester 2, 2011 are able to apply for a $3000 one-off grant.
Round 2 of the RTHF is now open for applications and will close 5pm (AEST) Friday 29 July 2011.
